If you would like to have your picture and bio mentioned on the website and conference app in the category speakers, please send this before 1 September.
Posters should be printed out in A0 size and in portrait (only paper posters). Please bring your paper poster (printed) to the conference venue in Brussels on 5 SEPTEMBER between 11:00 and 16:30. All other formats of posters will be rejected. You can retrieve your poster in the poster area as of Thursday, 8 September 16:00h.
If you would like to have your abstract published in the online abstract book, please use this template and send your abstract before Thursday, 1 September.
